Jyväskylä Festival invites families and children to Mäki-Matti family park to enjoy the children’s festival programme! Opening ceremony on Wednesday 5.7. at 10 o’clock in the family park.

The main children’s event on Thursday 6.7. brings the family park alive with samba rhythms, free play, a flea market and a concert by Pentti Rasinkangas & MuuSika Pupular.

The children’s programme also includes workshops, theatre and the iconic Oikokatu street painting event. Between all the fun, the park offers an idyllic setting for a family picnic, so bring your own blanket and enjoy the atmosphere! The park café serves a variety of delicious snacks to fuel one’s festival fun.
